Mr. Joseph L. Patterson is both Founder & President of UIC Jamaica and is the future President of the Republic of Jamaica. He is presently a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)  Social Entrepernuer and Good Governance Advocate with over 25 years experience in finance and business. He has served on local and internal boards impacting over 120 countries.
